My primary responsibility is managing our business relationships with Customers and Dealers. Total Quality Management (TQM) is defined as a management process and set of discipline that are coordinated to ensure that the organization consistently meets our customer expectations. In sales and marketing context, TQM defines the quality of the sales and services effort in terms of customer satisfaction. My goal is to sell expert service and quality driven value, to create loyal customers and direct business relationships.
